There has been a key update in the TalkTalk data breach scandal from 2015, as the information for thousands more victims affected in the scandal has been found online.<\/p>\n

An additional 4,545 customers are understood to have been affected after their information was discovered online. This is in addition to the over 155,000 that were found to have been affected years ago.<\/p>\n

TalkTalk data breach scandal widens<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The TalkTalk data breach scandal has widened after the discovery that the information for an additional 4,545 victims has been found online.<\/p>\n

This data is understood to have been breached from the original incident and is not a new incident.<\/p>\n

News that the number of victims has widened comes as no surprise to us. A number of the people we\u2019ve spoken to were told that they were not affected by the breach, and that includes claims we have taken forward. There has been whispers that TalkTalk may never know for sure the exact numbers of victims as well.<\/p>\n

The information found online for the thousands of new victims that\u2019s linked back to the original TalkTalk data breach includes:<\/p>\n
