At the very least, victims should contact their bank and follow the advice issued in relation to compromised account details.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification sent out to victims, Robert Dyas was made aware on 30<sup>th<\/sup> March 2020 that \u201c<em>malicious software (malware) had been uploaded on to our ecommerce website by an external third party<\/em>\u201d. They confirmed that their IT Security Team were put on the case and that <em>\u201cthe malware had been used to access some customer data on transactions made between 7th March and 30th March 2020.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As data had been exposed for a sustained period of time, some people may have already fallen victim to fraud events before they became aware that their data is in the hands of criminals.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>No Win, No Fee legal representation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We believe that victims of the Robert Dyas data breach may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
