In February 2014, and again in May 2014, a member of staff sent an email to 200 members of the HIV support group which did not hide the email addresses of the recipients. The ICO report found that at least 56 of the email addresses contained full or partial names, meaning the data breach has potentially compromised the confidential status of HIV-positive people.
