Newegg Data Breach: What's Happened?

The breach period is 14 August 2018 to 18 September 2018. Anyone who used the Newegg payment process between these dates may have been affected.

News of the Newegg data breach was revealed when Newegg admitted that they'd identified malware that had been injected into one of their servers. This has led to skimming taking place during the payment processing stage of the website.

It has not yet been confirmed as to the extent of the data that has been compromised. However, the base code that was used in the Newegg data breach is the same as the one used in the British Airways data breach we're already representing victims for.
